Guide 1 explains how to obtain 40 Category 1 Points. Guide 2 explains how to claim up to 20 Category 2 Points. You can complete as many Category 1 ALMs as you like and claim 40 points for each one completed.

Note: 2 x Category 1 ALMs (80 points), and 3 hours of Category 2 activities (6 points), plus the compulsory PLAN (40 pts) and compulsory CPR (5 pts) will allow you to obtain the necessary 130 Points for this triennium.
